ဒီေန႔လည္း ..ေန႔စဥ္သံုး အဂၤလိပ္စကားေတြ ထဲက Look
on the bright side, Thanks but no thanks နဲ႕ I’m
absolutely positive......တို႔ကို ေရြးေကာက္ ေဖာ္ျပေပး
လိုက္ပါတယ္။

အေျခအေနတစ္ခုကို အဆိုးျမင္ေနတဲ့သူအတြက္ အားေပးခ်
င္တဲ့အခါ“အေကာင္းဖက္က ေတြးၾကည့္ရင္..”လို႔ ေျပာတ
တ္ၾကပါတယ္။
အဂၤလိပ္လိုေတာ့..................... Look on the bright
sideေပါ့။
(a) It's so expensive living in Yangon.
ရန္ကုန္မွာေနရတာ စရိတ္ႀကီးလိုက္တာ။
Yes, but look on the bright side - you learn so
much more here than by studying from books.
ဟုတ္ပါတယ္။ဒါေပမယ့္ အေကာင္းဖက္က ၾကည့္ရင္လည္း
ဒီမွာက စာေတြ႕ထက္သာတဲ့ အရာေတြ အမ်ားႀကီးေလ့လာ
ႏိုင္တာေပါ့။
(b) I've got four exams tomorrow!
မနက္ျဖန္ စာေမးပြဲ ေလးခုေတာင္ ေျဖရမွာ။
Ok, but look on the bright side - once you've
finished, you won't have any more exams for two
years!
ဟုတ္လား။အေကာင္းဘက္က ျပန္ၾကည့္ေတာ့လည္း ေျဖၿပီး
သြားေတာ့လည္း ေနာက္ႏွစႏွစ္ေလာက္အထိ စာေမးပြဲ ေျဖ
စရာ မလိုေတာ့ဘူးေပါ့။

တစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ ကမ္းလွမ္းခ်က္ကို ေရွာင္လႊဲခ်င္တဲ့အ
ခါ “ေက်းဇူးပါ ပဲ။ဒါေပမယ့္ မ...ေတာ့ပါဘူး”လို႔ ေျပာတတ္ၾ
ကပါတယ္။အဂၤလိပ္လိုကေတာ့ Thanks but no thanks
လို႔ ေျပာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
(a) We're going to the cinema. Do you want to
come with us?
ငါတို႔ ရုပ္ရွင္သြားမလို႔။လိုက္ဦးမလား။
Thanks but no thanks. I've got something
planned.
ေက်းဇူးပါပဲ။ဒါေပမယ့္ မလိုက္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။စီစဥ္ထားတာေ
လးေတြ ရွိလို႔။
(b) You could earn double by working in the city,
you know?
ၿမိဴ႕မွာ အလုပ္လုပ္ရင္ ၀င္ေငြႏွစ္ဆ ရႏိုင္တယ္ဆိုတာ..သိတ
ယ္မလား။

လိပ္လို ေျပာခ်င္ ရင္ I’m absolutely positive ကို သံုးေျပ
ာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
(a) Are you sure you had your keys with you
when you left home this morning?
ဒီမနက္ အိမ္ကထြက္သြားေတာ့ မင္းဆီ ေသာ့ပါသြားတာ ေ
သခ်ာရဲ႕လား။
I'm absolutely positive. I remember putting them

holding hands.

ယ္။
Really? Are you sure it was Mi Gyaw?
တစ္ကယ္လား။မိေဂ်ာ္ေသခ်ာလို႔လား။
I'm absolutely positive. She had that scarf she
always wears.
သိပ္ေသခ်ာတာေပါ့။သူၿခံဳေနက် လည္စီးပ၀ါေလးနဲ႔ေပါ့။
