သတင္းထဲက...အဂၤလိပ္စာ (၃)

မီဒီယာေခတ္ႀကီးမွာ သတင္းအဂၤလိပ္စာ တတ္ဖို႔လည္း လိုတာမို႔ သတင္း ေလးေတြကို တစ္ရက္တစ္ပုဒ္ ဖတ္လာတာ ဒီေန႔ ဆို (၃)ပုဒ္ရွိပါၿပီ။ တစ္လ ေလာက္ ဆက္ဖတ္လိုက္တာနဲ႔ အဂၤလိပ္သတင္းမွန္သမွ် အကုန္ဖတ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ အဆင့္ေရာက္မွာ မလြဲပါဘူး။ သတင္းကို ဘာသာျပန္တဲ့အခါ..ထူးျခားခ်က္ ေလးေတြကို မွတ္ထားပါ။ သတင္းဖတ္နည္း ၊ ဘာသာျပန္နည္းကိုလည္း ၾကားညွပ္ၿပီး တင္ေပးပါဦးမယ္။အဂၤလိပ္စာ ထူးခၽြန္ၾကပါေစ။

Haiti marked four years on Sunday since a violent earthquake shattered the impoverished nation, which is still struggling to recover from the widespread devastation that killed 250,000 people.
ဆင္းရဲမြဲေတေသာေဟတီႏိုင္ငံတြင္ လူ ၂၅၀၀၀ ေသဆံုးေစခဲ့ေသာ ငလ်င္ ႀကီး လႈပ္ခတ္ခဲ့သည္မွာ ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၁၂ ရက္က ေလးႏွစ္ျပည့္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း.. ျပန္ လည္ ထူေထာင္ေရးအတြက္ ရုန္းကန္ေနရဆဲပင္ ျဖစ္သည္။

Haitians, many dressed in white, flocked to church services for somber remembrances for those who perished in the tragedy on January 12, 2010, which left about a million people homeless.But four years on, nearly 200,000 people are still living in dire conditions in temporary shelters, and
residents complain of having received little help since NGOs left.
၂၀၁၀ ျပည့္ႏွစ္ ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၁၂ ရက္က ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့သည့္ ျဖစ္ရပ္ဆိုးအတြင္း ေသဆံုးခဲ့သူမ်ားအတြက္ ဘုရားေက်ာင္းတြင္ က်င္းပသည့္ ေအာက္ေမ့ ၀တ္ျပဳပြဲမ်ားသို႔ အျဖဴေရာင္၀တ္ဆင္ထားၾကေသာ ေဟတီႏိုင္ငံသား အမ်ားအျပားက တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။လူတစ္သန္းေက်ာ္ အိုးမဲ့အိမ္မဲ့ ျဖစ္ေစခဲ့ေသာ ငလ်င္လႈပ္ခတ္မႈ ေလးႏွစ္ၾကာၿပီး ျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း လူ၂၀၀၀၀၀ နီးပါးသည္ ယာယီတဲမ်ားတြင္ေနရဆဲ ျဖစ္သည္။ အင္ဂ်ီအိုတို႔ ထြက္သြားၿပီးေနာက္ အကူအညီ အနည္းငယ္သာရရွိခဲ့သည့္ ေဒသခံမ်ားက မေက်နပ္ခဲ့ၾကေပ။

President Michel Martelly, who has faced protests over the slow pace of rebuilding, declared the anniversary a "day of reflection and commemoration."He lay flowers early in the day at the site of a mass grave where many of the quake's victims were buried.And he attended a ceremony at 4:53 pm (2153 GMT),
the moment the quake struck four years ago.
ျပန္လည္ထူေထာင္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ေႏွးေကြးျခင္းအတြက္ ေဟတီသမၼတ မစ္ခ်ယ္မာတယ္လီသည္ ဆႏၵျပမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ ရင္ဆိုင္ခဲ့ရသည္။ေဟတီသမၼတ သည္ ဇန္န၀ါရီး ၁၂ ရက္တြင္ ေသဆံုးခဲ့သူအမ်ားအမ်ားအျပားကို ျမွဳပ္ႏွံ ထားသည့္ေနရာတြင္ လြမ္းသူ႕ပန္းေခြ ခ်ခဲ့သည္။လၽြန္ခဲ့သည့္ ေလးႏွစ္က ငလ်င္လႈပ္ခတ္ခဲ့သည့္ ေဒသစံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ ညေန ၄ နာရီ ၅၃ မိနစ္တြင္ ျပဳလုပ္ ခဲ့ေသာ ေအာက္ေမ့ဖြယ္ အခမ္းအနားသို႔လည္း သမၼတကတက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ သည္။

Flags were to be lowered throughout the country and businesses closed to mark the anniversary, while radio and television stations were encouraged to broadcast programming suitable to the emotional occasion.
ႏိုင္ငံတစ္၀ွမ္း ငလ်င္လႈပ္ခတ္မႈ ေလးႏွစ္ျပည့္တြင္ ၀မ္းနည္းျခင္း အထိမ္း အမွတ္အျဖစ္ အလံမ်ားကိုႏွိမ့္ခ်လႊင့္ထူထားၾကသည္။ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္း မ်ားလည္း ပိတ္ထားခဲ့ကာ ေရဒီယိုႏွင့္ ရုပ္သံမ်ားက ငလ်င္ႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ သည့္ အစီအစဥ္မ်ား ထုတ္လႊင့္ခဲ့သည္။

The government says a large portion of millions donated by governments and organizations the world over was spent on the post-earthquake emergency and not for reconstruction.

Haiti has recently seen an increase in anti-government protests, some breaking out into violent clashes.Protesters have called for the resignation of Martelly, who has been in office since 2011, and are also demanding better living conditions.Some 42 public buildings were among those flattened during the earthquake, and most are still
lying wrecked.
