Drink ႏွင့္ အလားသဏၭာန္တူေသာ ေသာက္သံုးျခင္း အမ်ဳိးမ်ဳိး

၁) Drink = အရည္တစ္ခုခု ေသာက္သံုးမွီ၀ဲတာ
- What would you like to drink, coffee or tea?

၂) Drink straight from the bottle = ပုလင္းလုိက္ ေမာ့တာ
- He didn't ask for a glass, he just drank straight from the bottle.

၃) Drink up = အၿပီးသတ္ ေသာက္လုိက္တာ
- Drink up your tea so that I can wash the cups.
- Come on, drink up and we'll go home.

၄) Have = အရည္တစ္ခုခု ေသာက္တာ
- I'm going to have a cup of coffee. Do you want one?
- I had a coke with my pizza.

၅) Take = အနည္းငယ္စီ ေသာက္တာ
- He took a long drink of green tea from the jar.

၆) Sip = တစ္ငံုခ်င္းစီ ျဖည္းျဖည္းခ်င္း ေသာက္တာ
- She sat there, sipping at her tea.
- He slowly sipped his wine.

၇) Gulp down = တစ္က်ဳိက္တည္း အမ်ားႀကီး ေသာက္လိုက္တာ
- He gulped his beer down and went out of the door.
- "I'm coming," said his father, gulping down his coffee.

၈) Have a drink = ယမကာ မွီ၀ဲတာ
- We had a few drinks to celebrate.
- I won't have another drink because I have to drive home.
